YES!!! YOU!!! Sometimes we are sooOOOoo worried about others we forget about ourselves! My collage says "Nourish You" I did that today! tee hee Seeeeeeee those blackberries! There's a bush right outside my kitchen window! Yeah, yeah, my bangs need a cut! later, gator! I changed the birdbath water and put out some more peanut butter treats! LOL It makes one feel better when YOU nourish another, doesn't it?!! O! and here are 5 RIDICOUSLY SIMPLE HEALTH BOOSTERS!!! They are in my new Glamour mag!

4th UPDATE!!! tee hee I added pics of my mom and dad with us at Red Lobster! These pics were taken after we found out mom's purse had been found at a 7-11 on our way to the Red Lobster! I didn't take any pics after we stopped back by on our way home to the 7-11 and whoever turned mom's purse in had taken a finder's fee of mom's $101.00!!! Mom was very thankful that they didn't take her checkbook or debit card or credit cards!!!! If YOU are the one who took mom's cash and are reading this, SHAME ON YOU!!!
