MY oldest son, Damon and his wife, Natalie are GREAT GREETERS!! Don't they LOOK excitied to see Jerry(my DH) and me?!! SWEET kids!!
Natalie won 2 prizes!! Here is one of them! This was the 21st Annual PASTA COOK-OFF the last Saturday in August, last week-end! YOU buy a ticket for only $5.00 and YOU get to sample everyone's pasta who has entered! YUMMY!!!
Natalie says Damon is getting BABY FEVER! LOL Every time YOU'd look, there would be Cousin Damon holding Laila! Isn't she a dollbaby???!!!
This man is the WINNER of the HOT PEPPER eating contest!!! At first they only had 1 to enter but finally, I think they at least had 10!!! It was FUN to watch! I could NEVER enter!!
I think this gal came in 2nd or 3rd!!! hehe
Natalie's cousin, Robert entered the pasta cook-off and he WON!!! He made 2 sauces which I LOVED! He won JUDGE'S CHOICE First Place for his red sauce! mmmmMMMMMMM! There's his Aunt and his dad, Bobby T!
It was at the end of the day and here are my 2 good-looking men shooting the breeze! We will be spending another Saturday(all week-end) downtown Clarksburg again! It's the 31st Annual WEST VIRGINIA ITALIAN HERITAGE FESTIVAL!!! WOOT! YOU should smell the aromas!!! mmmmMMMMMMMM! and the BEST NEWS is Gina's coming home once again!! Please say some prayers for her safe trip to mama!!! HAPPY WEEK_END!!!!Love and prayers for all those families who have lost their homes or a loved one, those who are fighting those forest fires and those who have died fighting them in California!

I loved, loved, loved seeing these pictures and the account of the pasta cook-off weekend. What fun and a family member a winner. Way cool. Happy times for sure except, perhaps, for those pepper contestants. HE looked like he was straining with the pain of eating that stuff. I'm with you. No way. No way.
