i WAS going to say I didn't know why i was thinking about rainforests but then i thought Yes! I do! Do you know how you can get some odd things in the Dollar General, one time they are there but the next time you go, it's gone! lol Well, I got this Herbal Essence Rainforest Conditioner, (they didn't have the shampoo!)I've got to check WalMart. Do they carry this all the time? When I go to WalMart which is maybe 12 times a year, maybe a little more but not much, I just haven't been out anywhere shopping much! and it's always in a hurry when I do get to go!lol My hubby loves this! but I'm going to have to go soon..... he needs some new shoes and I need some new blouses but I hate to shop anymore! even to the Mall! Anyway, I loved the smell of this Rainforest Conditioner! It's on my sink right now beside where I do dishes, It's empty but I still take a whiff and still smell the Rainforest and imagine me being in the midst of one!!! Wowieeeeee!!! What a wonderful time that would be, soooooooo green and lush, mmmmmmmMMMM and then take one of those tree rope rides thru it! Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!! OooooOOOOO, I hope the new neighbors don't seeeeeeeeeeeee me!!! I don't want them to think I have a smelling fetish!!! My kitchen window looks right in there front yard, a pretty good distance though, thank goodness because they have a dog house right on their back porch.......and it looks like a BIG DOG!!! but very pretty looking as far as I can seeeee which isn't too good! Phew! It was soooo cute last Saturday, that dog cryed and howled just a little bit! getting used to it's surroundings! Well, it better get ready, because the wild life upon our hill walks thru here more than traffic on the street! Deer, raccoons, chipmunks, squirrels, BIG groundhogs, possum and even turkeys and of course the ducks and crows flying overhead! The deer must be eating the heads off of my pansies I got from WalMart the other Saturday! UG! I'm glad we don't live really close or I'd be sneeeeeeeeezing all the time because of my doggie allergies! I'll have to go out shopping and get them a welcome basket or gift of some kind soon, any ideas??? How is your Monday going? i thought they'd NEVER END! LOL i LOVE this old pic, i can't seem to get it very good but it's of my dad, my brother Barry and me having a hard time holding onto that rambunctious sheep! I grew up on a farm and we had 20 some dogs at a time sometimes because my dad went fox hunting on these hills of West Virginia and he had lots of hounds and then they would give birth and i remember a lot of dogs laying around! You think it would have been smelly but it wasn't! Yes, we had a few sheep too+ a cat or 2 or 3! ,chickens, ducks, maybe a pig or two and lots of red and white hereford cattle! I can't figure out why i am allergic to all of them now!!! My favorite place in all the world was at this old home place! As i got older I went upon the hill behind our house a lot! I would build these little cabins out of all the already fallen trees and branches and make a fire and have tea or coffee! It was a grand time to be alive! I loved being among the trees! They were always there for me! lol my dearest friends! in those days! Them and the cattle heard my cries and my most joyous singing! There was this great big rock up there and it was my stage! I would climb on top and sing "The hills are alive with the sound of music!" lol and other songs, i wonder if anyone ever heard me! I miss being upon that hill! I'm going to have to go out there and go up there soon!!! well, I am posting this link too tonight sooooooo YOU can maybe whip something up for Bernie Berlin's Art Auction. What is it? A bird, a plane, it's NOT Superman! LOL I think it's a bird of some kind! but it was FUN to make! It says "THINK" and "breathe" "PURE" and it also says "enjoy life" I wish i could always think and breathe pure!!! but i guess that would be too easy! Have you wondered why YOU are here on this Earth? Of Course you have, everyone has! I don't have time to meditate sooooo my question doesn't get answered. I am not much good to anyone in my state of mind! here lately. i am NOT living up to my potential and it's not a very good way to live. I'm not even on cruise(whatever that means, maybe i am on cruise control), but the MOST IMPORTANT thing is i AM trying. I still attend church every week, read the Bible, wash clothes, iron some, scrub floors, cook but i am Not happy.......because I worry too much and i feel sorry for my family who are in the rat race working and going to school.......i AM happy i'm not in the rat race of working outside the home but i do feel guilty......and i worry about their safety and their health, Phew! I know i'm not the only one who feels this way! and i just feel stressed about my old age parents too and all the sickness in the world, the babies being aborted, the perverts(ICK!)the wars, our younguns in Iraq GETTING KILLED AND MAIMED, ahhhh, who wants to read this, it's in the news every day! but maybe it's affecting us all in ways we don't realize.....i don't even know what I'm trying to say, all i know to do is keep PRAYING! Maybe that's what I am here for! That's all I seem to be doing here lately so that can't be bad, so why aren't i HAPPIER?!!! If YOU need prayers just let me know, I'll be HAPPY to PRAY for YOU! how are YOU today? I thought I would show you a few of my favorite things! Seeeeeee that old redware pottery? Phew! I bought that at least 3 years ago! There's 7 sets, the underneath saucer, the bowl, and the lid! Some of the pieces were broken and glued the seller said but not that many soooooo I decided I would try and win them on eBay and I did and I'm not sorry about this purchase one bit!($40.00 i think!) Aren't they beauty full? Seeeee that old rose sugar bowl too? It didn't have a lid but I got it anyway on eBay too for a dollar or two! lol I love coffee in the afternoon, not every day and I LOVE different kinds + different kinds of cream flavors, today I had Toffee Nut Gourmet Coffee with Cinnamon Hazelnut cream. I have to have a cup of tea every morning with one piece of toast + orange juice, every day, the same thing! except the week-ends, hubby is home and we might have either oatmeal, pancakes, french toast or just some eggs!lol ... time out for a sip of coffee, excuse me, mmmmmMMMM, so tasty and cozy on a West Virginia rainy day! Yes, I love the rain, wind and Moon! That's why i am named rainwindmoon on my eBay autions. I like to cozy up with a good book or the Bible, it seems i have more time for this in the fall for some reason! laying in bed with fresh sheets! mmmm I love animals altho i am allergic to all of them, I grew up with them and will always love the sweetness of animals! Of course I love to collage and I saved the BEST for last, another of my MOST FAVORITE painters is Tascha! She sent me this lovely painting for my birthday as a gift last year! I only requested a crow and some turquoise earrings! She didn't disappoint as you can seeeeeeeeeee!!!! She added a little deer, and she even sent me a turquoise bead bracelet! she had made! Then, to my heartbreak and utter dismay, I seeeeeeeeeeeeee i've been removed from someone's sidebar!!!!! (not happy like a saladbar) The second photo shows me thinking, "What have I done or not done NOW????!!!!! if I ever don't add your Blog's name and YOU have mine, it's not that I don't like YOU!!! I probably haven't even noticed! AND I just don't know how to add these things very well, it doesn't look like I have much room on there to me in that template area but I can seeeeeeee some people have lots and lots of names on their sidebars soooooo I'm just not getting it!! lol Another thing I haven't learned is how to link in a post their name so you can go to them! I do put their whole url sometimes sooooo you can go to their whatever... someone said these blogs reminded him of cliques like in high school! Oh well, the world isn't perfect but please don't be offended if I don't comment one day.... and I don't usually notice my name on a sidebar, it always surprises me when it's there! and I don't get mad when I'm not there! Some Blogs don't have anyone's names there, I kind of like that too! Isn't it funny how we all operate??? lol But I did Notice this week I was removed from 2 Blogs and that is kind of, hurtful and baffleling but hey! it's their Blog and their life! Yeah!
