ALLELUIA! A lot of people around the U.S.A. and especially West Virginia were on pins and needles yesterday all day long! Our little angel, Alyssa Weekley made it through surgery but will still need many prayers for HEALING! I'm so HOPEFUL and making it through the surgery was a MIRACLE in itself! VIEWS FROM MY WINDOWS

Earlier, not too long ago, last year of course I looked out and saw this sweet little fawn!(did YOU DO IT??!!!?) She or he even had a twin! Now, this morning, when I got up my other son wanted me to come look out our livingroom window! What in the world I was thinking, is there a stray dog out there, did Damon get a new car???!!! What, what, I looked and looked and then I spotted it! Seeeeeeeeee the dents??? Phew! What happened, are you alright???!!! questions and more questions, I finally let him speak! A big FAT deer came out of nowhere and hit Damon while on his way to work! He thought he would go the SAFE way this morning!(instead of sliding down our hill the other way because it snowed pretty good thru the night!) Sorry Damon, but Thank GOD!!! he wasn't hurt or it wasn't any worse than it is! It is going to be some $$$$$$$$$$$$$ to fix it but insurance does come in handy! altho he will have to pay the few hundreds deductible! yep! things change in a blink of an eye! Eating MARIO'S birthday cake the night before, no worries and then you get the new day and find out this! + my cousin James Davisson died last night and my mom tells me my Aunt Zelma, grandma Garnet's(who died November 5 last year and their brother Garvin died Jan.3! phew) sister in the nursing home is in a fetal position and not eating, talking , or even opening her eyes! so I have to get ready, ready for more sadness.

A sigh, a sigh, just a sigh of contentment! i KNOW you have already heard of this wonderful human being but if YOU haven't, here is his story! "Subway Superman" has a special place in my heart! I got to seeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee him on the Dave Letterman show last night, watched the show just because he was going to be on and Wesley is the most kind and humblest person you would ever want to meet! His daughters are so beautiful! He said after Cameron gets out of the hospital his family and Wesley's family are all going to get together and Celebrate!!! Another story I am going to have to read about is the little 3 year old caught by neghbors from 4 stories up!!! unharmed but the catchers said catching him threw them to the ground but he is OK!!! ACCEPTANCE

As you know my grandmother Garnet died in November. We had another death in the family near Christmas in December, my sweet Aunt Mary Sue and now, yesterday my little grandma Garnet's brother, Garvin Williams has died. I'm afraid to look ahead to February! but as some wise souls have said, "wE Must LiVe in the PReseNT!" it seems all I get done is praying but that is time well spent! Right at this time, these January days I am praying For a dear friend who some of you may already know or have heard about in this internet Blogging world!
